Rebuilding Troy is the official urban studies forum of the University of Southern California’s (USC) Price School of Public Policy and is affiliated with the USC Associated Students of Planning and Development (ASPD). Formerly “USC Plan On!”, Rebuilding Troy is a student-led media outlet showcasing the ideas and innovations of our classmates and faculty.
