Oliver Hou is a Masters of Planning candidate at the University of Southern California School of Policy, Planning, and Development. Presently, he serves as an Assistant Bicycle Coordinator for the Los Angeles Department of Transportation, working on projects to promote a more sustainable future in L.A. In his free time, Oliver enjoys exploring the city on foot, bike, and by transit.
